DearFriend Shipping Policy

We take care in crafting every DearFriend order with love and attention.

Turnaround Time:
Our standard processing time is 3–4 business days, allowing time for printing and preparation before your order ships.

Customization & Personalization:
Please note that customized and personalized items may require a little extra time to ensure everything looks just right. We’ll make sure your order is perfect before it leaves our studio!

Shipping:
Once your order is complete, it will ship via your selected carrier at checkout. Transit times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

We’ll send you a confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
